Yes. You can browse and search every open federal solicitation — SAM.gov, SBIR.gov, Grants.gov, Simpler.Grants.gov, and DoD OTA/CSO notices — with no credit card. BIDS matches opportunities to your business profile and sends a weekly email digest of your best fits. Forecasts, award intelligence, state opportunities, and same-day alerts are part of the Intelligence plan.
What do I get with Intelligence?
Intelligence is for businesses that want to move faster than a weekly digest. You get real-time or daily alerts when a match posts, early visibility into upcoming funding (forecasts often appear weeks before a solicitation opens), a recompete radar that flags contracts likely to come back up for bid, and state & local opportunities across almost all 50 states. What is Award Intelligence?
Award Intelligence helps you get ahead of the next competition. The live award feed shows who recently won federal contracts and grants — and when their contract ends, which often signals a re-bid is coming. Recompete Watch ranks expired SAM.gov solicitations by how soon they’re predicted to open again. Both live on your Awards page and can send you match alerts when you’re on the Intelligence plan.
Can I turn Award Intelligence alerts on or off?
Yes. Intelligence subscribers can toggle award alerts from their profile at any time. When off, you won’t get emails for award matches — but you can still browse the Awards page whenever you want.
What does the Agent tier do?
Agent is for businesses actively submitting proposals. It answers “should we bid?” on every opportunity, drafts win themes and proposal sections, writes your introduction email to the agency contact, and shows you their full email and phone. The BIDS Agent browser extension fills in government portal forms for you. Guided Portal Sessions open the official site so BIDS can help fill your company details. The Submission Workspace walks you through building and submitting without juggling tabs. Everything you approve is logged permanently — so you always have proof of what went out in your name. Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Both paid plans have an annual option with 2 months free: Intelligence is $100/year (vs $120 paid monthly) and Agent is $490/year (vs $588 paid monthly). To switch an existing subscription between monthly and annual, use the billing portal or contact support and we will apply it for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
What is the audit log?
It’s a permanent, append-only record of Agent-tier actions you authorize — including BIDS Agent extension fill sessions and Guided Portal Sessions. Staff cannot edit or delete those rows. Historical package receipts from earlier features, if any, remain in the same log. BIDS never files an application for you; you always submit on the official portal.
