LiveCentral federal grants portal covering 1,000+ grant-making programs across 27 agencies. BIDS runs three feeds for posted opportunities, forecasts, and targeted SBIR/STTR opportunities — giving you 30–180 days of advance notice before grants officially open.

NIH RePORTER
LiveNIH's database of funded research projects. BIDS pulls awarded SBIR and STTR projects from the current and prior fiscal year. Phase 1 awards nearing completion are strong signals for upcoming Phase 2 recompetes — often worth 5–10x the Phase 1 value.
NSF Awards
LiveActive National Science Foundation grant awards including SBIR/STTR programs. NSF funds ~$9B annually across science, engineering, and technology — with significant SBIR allocations for deep-tech and research-based small businesses.

Why does BIDS still show some opportunities after their deadline has passed?
Agencies frequently extend, amend, or re-post solicitations after the original due date. To make sure you never miss a re-opening, BIDS keeps recently-closed solicitations visible for a short window and clearly labels them "Recently closed." Always confirm the current status on the official posting before relying on it.
