Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. You can browse and search every federal source — SAM.gov, SBIR.gov, Grants.gov, Simpler.Grants.gov, OTA notices, and Federal Register NOFAs — for free, anytime, with no credit card. The free plan includes a weekly email digest of your matches. Real-time and daily alerts are part of the Intelligence plan.
What is Award Intelligence exactly?
Award Intelligence is BIDS's recompete radar. It pulls awarded contracts and grants from USASpending.gov, NIH RePORTER, NSF, and SBIR databases, then matches expiring awards to your profile. You see who's winning in your space — and get early notice before a contract goes back to bid.
Can I turn Award Intelligence on or off?
Yes. Intelligence tier subscribers can toggle Award Intelligence from their profile page at any time. When off, you won't receive match notifications from award sources, but your feed will still show them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
What does the Agent tier actually do today?
